The MSB Headquarters is a medium-rise, mixed-use tower in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, the world's second-largest city. The project is organized into three primary sections: the lower level, encompassing recreational, retail, and service hubs; the upper level, featuring penthouses with breathtaking views of the Red Sea and the city skyline, complete with comprehensive luxury amenities; interposed between these levels, a dedicated office zone that accommodates a diverse array of businesses, thereby fostering and bolstering Jeddah's economic growth.

Marfaa is a 6,000 m2 landmark office development in the Central District of Beirut, situated at the southern edge of a major historic and civic space in the city. The building marks the transition from a historic city to the newly reclaimed land towards the sea. Eight floors of flexible office accommodation rest on a retail plinth with shared lobbies.
