The Technology and Cultural Aggregator, housed in shipping containers from the nearby Port of KAEC, is proposed as a one-year plan of events designed to attract creatives and expose KAEC as a center for innovation. The container structures create an urban environment targeting designers, makers, artists, and engineers with their flexible spaces and youthful vibes. Spaces like galleries and theatres will be a common attraction within the development, operating alongside a variety of maker and fabrication spaces. Those are finalized with retail spaces and cafes, to give the visitors a rounded-up experience for maximum creativity.
The outdoors are equally impressive with various outdoor galleries, and display alleyways encapsulated between containers, finalized with a layer of softscape spots and informal seating areas.
