Sub-dividing the tower into three pieces are high-activity plates providing semi-private public services and leisure facilities - Pools, Waterfalls, cafes, restaurants, lounges and an entertainments center.

The tower represents a stack of shifted plates offering varying levels of transparency, height clearances, and green spaces. Each plate represents a private villa within a high-rise structure. Each villa has its own gardens, outdoor areas and services. The inner plans are infested by curvilinear boxes providing private secondary spaces and customizability to each house.
