Like all developing countries, their challenge is to decide whether they want to follow the principles of industrial cities or they want invent an ecological model that attracts talented people and inspires the world.

The Forest City Project faces the challenge of inventing how to inhabit the planet, making the fight against climate change a reality following the objectives of sustainable development of the UN Habitat.
Top View
The City will not grow following traditional urban patterns, but will be driven by natural principles, developing a new type of linear branched city, where neighborhoods adapt to their environment and integrate with it.
Aerial View
Its foundational Project will be a lab-factory that will educate and promot design and fabrication with local wood among the young, further encouraging the rise of start-ups. This will feed into building habitats using local wood, be energy self-sufficient, and recycle their resources to produce food and vegetation.

This will result in mixed-use productive communities where people can live, work and play in an environment connected to the world, where nature inspires human habitat.
